The verification

Schengen visa service schengen entry verification service

The pre-travel verification is a check based on the applicants travel and travel-document data in which we verifiy if everything meets up with the obligated Schengen rules. Non-visa travellers are still required to meet up with the Schengen requirments. The application is processed within 24 hours.

Mid 2025

Do american or canadian nationls need a visa for the Netherlands and how can they apply?

ETIAS stands for European Travel Information and Authorization System. This system, expected to go into effect in 2024, is inspired by the U.S. ESTA system. Unlike the pre-travel verification, your data will be shared directly with the border authorities. As for now the ETIAS system is expected to go live from mid 2025.
